Quality Management & Control Flowchart

Overview: The image illustrates a flowchart detailing the quality management and control process within a production cycle. It depicts the journey from raw material inspection to the final packing stage, including checkpoints for quality assurance and steps for handling unqualified products.

Flow Structure:

  1. Initial Inspection:

    • The process begins with an Inspection of raw materials.
    • If the material is Qualified, it progresses to the Go to warehouse step.
    • If Unqualified, the material is sent for Review & Treatment.
  2. Production Stage:

    • Semifinished production moves through another Inspection.
    • Qualified materials continue to Go to production, while unqualified items go back to Review & Treatment.
  3. Assembly and Final Check:

    • After assembly, a finished product undergoes an Inspection.
    • If it passes, it is considered Qualified and sent to Packing.
    • If not, it is sent back for Review & Treatment.
  4. Packing and Final Warehouse Entry:

    • Qualified, finished products go through the Packing stage.
    • The packed products then proceed to Go to warehouse for final storage or distribution.

Visual Elements:

  • Orange semicircles denote key stages like Inspection, Go to production, Assemble, Packing, and Go to warehouse.
  • Yellow ovals represent steps involving Review & Treatment for unqualified items.
  • The process includes images of workers and machinery highlighting inspection and production tasks, emphasizing real-life applications.

Purpose: This flowchart ensures that only qualified products pass through each stage, maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the production cycle.
